Reviews about the Vemma Scam

There are some questions regarding whether or not the Vemma Nutrition Company is providing credible products that have benefit to our health, or if the promotions are just another attempt at a scam that dupes the public into buying some high-priced 'snake oil'. Well, in today's world, it's ok to proceed with caution and even a bit of skepticism before purchasing any product. But let's not get ahead of ourselves.

While many companies can be looked upon as a 'scam', Vemma Nutrition Company is, by all measures, an upstanding and credible company that bears one of the most trusted labels in the industry. That's not to say that this company or any other for that matter, shouldn't be questioned, looked into, and studied before making any decision about their product. But to go so far as to say there is a 'Vemma Scam' is to take things to an extreme. So let's start from the worst possible label a company could have and work our way back to what should be not just acceptable, but trusted and beneficial and truly worthy of our time and attention.

First, let's look at the definition of a scam.

According to Merriam-Webster: scam: a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation

According to thefreeonlinedictionary.com: scam: A fraudulent business scheme; a swindle.

So today we must address the potential scam that could be going on because, as a society, we are drawn to the negative much sooner than the positive. And if there are any questions, many times we need those questions answered before believing in the possibilities.

Ok. Second, let's look at the first two basic reasons for the existence of a business:

1. To provide a product or service that benefits a person, people, or community.
and 2. To create a profit.
Many may argue that the second has become more important than the first in the case of too many companies. Wall Street has provided plenty of reasons (and scams as the case may be) that causes us to question every product that is promoted with the acclaim of providing benefit to our health. Ok, rightfully so. But let's not let a few bad apples ruin our trust for those who are still focused on making a high quality product (or service) that is beneficial to or supports what many people need or find useful for their purposes.

Yes, there are scams that appear on a regular basis, whereby a few individuals seek to take advantage of the desperate or naive individuals who may be clinging to hope. Those people may be taken advantage of because of lack warning that "miracle cures" or products do not exist. The companies who go overboard in their promotions and marketing need to be held responsible as well. It is the ridiculous statements and claims about what a product can do for one's health that will give a company (and many times the industry as a whole)... a bad name.

But when we look at the Vemma products, there is one thing that can be pointed out that may help put the whole "scam" issue to rest. First, it is safe to say that the Vemma Nutrition Company is not out to create, intentionally or not, a 'Vemma scam' anyone. Even if the products are not as good as they would want you to believe they are, using the term 'scam' goes way beyond that false perception. So even if this is the case, research shows that the contents of their products are not only what they say they are, but they are also beneficial, helpful, and supportive of one's health. Will everyone experience a positive change to their health by taking a 2 ounce shot of Vemma everyday? Probably not. Some people have a good diet already and don't need supplementation. Yet, what additional research shows is that most people do not get enough good nutrition - each and every day. We can debate and diagram the decline in nutrition since the 1960's and draw an inverse line showing the number of health problems and assume they are related. But science doesn't rest on assumptions...or logic. You make your own conclusion.

The bottom line is: if you don't get enough nutrition in your diet each day - that is, from plant-based sources: fruits, vegetables, berries, etc. - then you may find a great deal of benefit to your long-term health by supplementing with a product such as Vemma. There are many other ways to supplement your diet, this is just one option.

Note: if you didn't know, VEMMA stands for Vitamins, Essential Minerals, Mangosteen, Aloe. There are plenty of useful vitamins and minerals, along with the antioxidant power of mangosteen and alow in the Vemma product line. And, as with any good product, there will always be naysayers.

One thing we did find very comforting about the offer to try Vemma, is the fact that it comes with a money back guarantee. That is always a plus when shelling out your hard earned money on a product that does cost a premium. Companies that are trying to 'scam' you don't pass along that guarantee. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find many products at all on the shelves of your big name supermarket chains that provide such an offer. Besides, the best sign that a company may be questionable at all is to look at its history. How long has it been in business? What is its growth per year, if any? How many repeat cutomers does it have? These are all great measures as to whether or not a company is reputable. As the saying goes, you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time.

To answer those questions:
  • Vemma Nutrition Company has been in existence since 1995
  • Double digit growth every since 2000 and more since 2002
  • More than 85 percent of customers continue to consume the product

To use the term Vemma Scam, one must have some serious hatred toward a company, or better have some good solid proof that such practice exists. Visit the Vemma scam BLOG for news and updates on the company and their practices.
